Localization of educational migration in the context of the adaptive function of the media

Educational migration is a valuable resource for any state. The appeal of universities and schools foreign students marker country's prosperity, high level science technology development, cross-cultural comfort, social political stability. research aims to study the informational factors adaptability in Kazakhstan, identify positive host-country strategies mechanisms negative response student educational spheres. authors put forward notion that media content sensitively included process adaptation “educational migrants”, dependence speed quality “get used to” new concept on country residence, previous experience, geographical proximity time (1 semester, 4 years, etc.). survey thematic interviews, which became basis methodological analysis scientific research, allowed focus perception factors, networks involvement adaptive complex. important role organizing clear mentoring support mechanism international students, formation favorable environment within community structures university management are underlined. In terms representation, image has connotations, but, more often than not, it perceived schematically, stereotypically, ambiguously depending residence. results revealed number sensitizing affecting migrant reflexive impulses infomercials networks, stereotypical biased nature some texts, low notification migrants about state programs.  also described desired communication strategy intra-university working with students.
